Why
To be able to reply to you, fix mistakes and make Kunskapsstjärnan better. Your information is handled with your permission, which you can take back at any time.
Who receives the information
The message is saved in the website's database and sent to us by email. When we translate or write a reply, the text may be processed by an AI service (Anthropic). We never sell your information or use it for advertising.
How long
We delete the message when the case is closed, and no later than after 12 months.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information. If you are unhappy with how your information is handled, you can contact the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
